Dear Brain,

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how much I have enjoyed your training program and what I have achieved. I came to your program because I had plateau out. I had lost weight and body fat but I had not reached my goal. I knew I needed a training program that was designed for my body type. Your programs are exactly what I was looking for and needed. Through your programs I have achieved things I did not think were possible.

Through your six-and-half week program I dropped 6% body fat and saw a reduction in all my measurements. l have seen an increase in my stamina and my flexibility. I feel better and enjoy life more. Areas where I really saw results were the back of my thighs and buttocks. These areas have always been my problems spots. I was amazed at the difference between the beginning picture and the ending picture of this area. In fact one of the ladies in my dance class just the other day commented on how nice that area looked.

Another area where l have seen improvement is in my dancing. Because I am not as self-conscience about how I look, I now have freedom express myself through my belly dancing. I can now dance for an audience instead of worrying about how I look. Also it is easier for me to do some of my more complex moves because I am in better shape.

Other benefits I have received from your training program are that my clothes fit better and I feel sexier. I feel much better about how I look. I receive compliments from my girl friends, my family and husband.

Last but definitely not least is your staff. They are marvelous. They are easy to work with and their dedication to people shows. Through all the programs, your caring about people comes through in everything you do. Thank you very much.
