I wanted to just drop a note to let you know how fortunate I am to have had the experience to go through your training program. When I first started my goal was to loose a little weight and feel a little healthier. I am really amazed, I can say not only did I loose 20 lbs in 8 weeks, my energy level is through the roof- Beamed a lot about the importance of nutrition and aging through the meal plan. I also gained a few things I never imagined would happen on this type of program. I was able to function at a much higher level at work, I gained a tremendous amount of self-confidence and I also met some very interesting people here in the facility.

You made my workouts enjoyable while getting the job done. Working with you personally, gave me a more in-depth idea of how the science behind what you do works. I have gained knowledge that I will be able to use for a life time. It’s apparent how much you care about your clients. Your program has truly changed my life. I would highly recommend your program to anyone at any level of fitness.
