When I joined your fitness-training program in March of this year my goal was to gain muscle and increase my cardiovascular endurance

Dear Brian,

When I joined your fitness-training program in March of this year my goal was to gain muscle and increase my cardiovascular endurance. I would like to express my sincere thanks to you and your training staff in helping me achieve my goals. Not only did I gain muscle strength and increase my cardiovascular endurance; I decreased my body fat percentage and learned the proper techniques of weight training. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the results.

What I felt was most valuable was your nutrition program. Not only do I now have a good knowledge of food proportions and healthy eating I have a new outlook and understanding of my body. I will definitely take what I have learned and apply this throughout my lifetime.
