Very Good Results in a Short Amount of Time

I just wanted to write and Thank You for providing an excellent training program that has proven to me that you can get very good results in a short amount of time, while learning effective habits that will keep you healthy for a lifetime. As a trainer myself, I am also very grateful of the time and follow-up that you, your staff and your trainers put into the training program as well as the expertise that is exhibited in your program design and nutrition program and your trainers ability to adapt and execute the training sessions with positive feedback, follow-thru and knowledge.
During the initial 45 day program I was able increase my Vo2 Max. to a very good level, lower my body fat percentage 5%, lose 19 lbs. and increase my overall strength and endurance which will certainly help with my overall health and competitive cycling that I am involves with. I look forward to the continued benefits and completing your maintenance program to help me reach my goals and prepare me for next season. Again, thanks very much for an excellent program. I look forward to working with you in the future.
