Mikala Vassallo earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and currently resides in New York City.

She began her career at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank, from 2018-2021 where she specialized in bespoke lines of credit for the bank’s ultra-high net worth and high valued business professionals globally.

Mikala was extracted from J.P. Morgan joined a financial technology startup company, from 2021-2023 as a top-tier relationship manager, a position she excelled in.

Mikala has been involved with TheissCare since its founding in 2016. When not empowering and educating people about their finances, she is empowering and educating people about their health. With her extensive knowledge of both health and finance, it was a natural fit for Mikala to take over as owner and CEO of TheissCare in 2023.

The Series 7 license measures the degree to which each candidate possesses the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform the critical functions of a General Securities Registered Representative. With this license, Mikala is able to sell many types of securities products.

Series 63

The Series 63 license focuses on the ethical and fiduciary obligations that one must uphold as an investment professional. This ensures that the client’s best interests are always top of mind. With this license, Mikala is able to solicit orders for any type of security.

Series 65

The Series 65 is NASAA Investment Advisers Law Examination — is a North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA) exam administered by FINRA. It enables a financial professional to give clients investment advice and analysis.

Most Memorable Achievement

Working as a relationship manager at a fintech startup company, Mikala deployed $19MM+ of debt financing across 51 start-up software-based companies, ranging from $500k to $20MM ARR, across 10+ industries.

Mikala’s insights led to 30 of the companies, in her portfolio, cash flow positive within 8 months with all of 51 companies doubling their ARR: I still get goosebumps today. Just thinking how happy these companies were with my performance.

You can find Mikala doing her favorite thing in the world, connecting back to reality on the back of a horse, where the real magic lives every day. “I have been riding horses since the age of 7. At an early age, I found tranquility, connecting at the deepest level with mother nature and her horse, which reconnected me, to the best part of humanity.”

When not in the stables, Mikala can be found meditating and getting beyond her analytical mind as she enters into her subconscious mind where her true permanent changes take place for herself and or you.
