Dear Mr. Theiss,

I cannot express enough my gratitude to you. There are not enough words to express how much you mean to my family and I. I truly love you with all of my heart and soul. You are my guardian angel. I thank God everyday for he has blessed me with an angel. Areas where I really saw results were the back of my thighs and buttocks.

Dear Brain,

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you how much I have enjoyed your training program and what I have achieved. I came to your program because I had plateau out. I had lost weight and body fat but I had not reached my goal. I knew I needed a training program that was designed for my body type. Your programs are exactly what I was looking for and needed. Through your programs I have achieved things I did not think were possible.

Through your six-and-half week program I dropped 6% body fat and saw a reduction in all my measurements. l have seen an increase in my stamina and my flexibility. I feel better and enjoy life more. Areas where I really saw results were the back of my thighs and buttocks. These areas have always been my problems spots. I was amazed at the difference between the beginning picture and the ending picture of this area. In fact one of the ladies in my dance class just the other day commented on how nice that area looked.

Another area where l have seen improvement is in my dancing. Because I am not as self-conscience about how I look, I now have freedom express myself through my belly dancing. I can now dance for an audience instead of worrying about how I look. Also it is easier for me to do some of my more complex moves because I am in better shape.

Other benefits I have received from your training program are that my clothes fit better and I feel sexier. I feel much better about how I look. I receive compliments from my girl friends, my family and husband.

Dear Brian,

I wanted to thank you for the life changing experience this year. It was a huge year for me turning 50 and to have the opportunity to be “Younger Next Year” is huge. I spent 3 months prior to coming to TheissCare working out 3 days per week and eating somewhat healthy only to learn it wasn’t enough.

After 10 days with you my whole body and world changed. I feel so much better and have lost that sluggishness. Who could believe that in 10 days I could drop 6% in body fat and lose all the inches I lost. I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t seen it myself.

What can I say, except “Thank You!” Thank you for putting me on the path to achieving my goals, both physical and personal. These past three months have been MUCH hard work, but the results from your training program have definitely been worth every sweaty minute!

When I first came to you and we discussed my fitness goals, I told you I wanted to be lighter, quicker, and stronger. As you know, I am a pretty active person who enjoys all types of sports, from skiing to softball to tennis. Lately, however, I had been feeling that I just wasn’t playing as well as I was able, and I refused to chalk it up to “just getting older.” I felt heavy and sluggish and grumpy because, frankly, I just was not happy with the way I looked or felt.

What a difference I saw and felt almost immediately! My energy level went up the first week we began working together. And for the first time, I actually felt like I was really getting what I was seeking (and paying for!) in a personal training relationship. Because of course that is what we were establishing – a relationship between the two of us for my complete benefit.

I admit that at times it was a challenge to make time for my training, and many of my friends could not understand how I could possibly fit this into my schedule. But I told them I couldn’t afford NOT to make it a priority, and my results most definitely speak for themselves.

Three Cheers for Theiss! From top to bottom they are the greatest!

The results from the Theiss training program are amazing!!! After my first round I lost 25 lbs of fat and gained one pound of muscle (just about 10% of my weight)….and best of all the pictures of before and after were a revelation. My strength improved beyond my expectations and my posture improved so that my brother-in-law commented on how I had gotten taller. I can’t say enough about how good I feel about myself and my results. I have always been a person with a positive attitude but this experience with TheissCare has just elevated me to a higher level.

Initially, I was concerned that a man my age (I’ll be 73 this month) might not be allowed in this program. But Brian welcomed me with that smile that says ’we can do it!’….and we have. There is more to do but it has become fun. My goal is to get another 30 years out of this body and I believe they will be quality years full of travel and the enjoyment of my family.

I want thank you for all the help and encouragement you have given myself and my wife in the past few months, on changing our lives. Being in your training program for 60 days has changed both of our lives for the better, and we both have made a commitment to keep the things we have learned in your program with us for the rest of our lives.

Before Theiss, I was a little overweight, I tried many diets and work out routines that would get some results but never could make a full time commitment to it, and always seemed to go back to my bad habits. Along with being a little overweight, I was also battling frequent reoccurrences of gout, which is very painful at times and have been having these gout attacks ever since the age of 26, I am now 40. Since coming to TheissCare within 60 days, I went from a size 38 waist to a size 34, a very comfortable 34. I would go on sales calls with my old clothes and would have to ring my belt to the last hole. Needless to say, I had to buy a whole new wardrobe, and fit into clothes that I have never been able wear before in my life, I feel great! As far as the gout goes, I have not had a single gout attack in the past 6 months and I think I owe it to the diet I have practiced thru your program and the exercise program.

I am a Deputy for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. One year ago, I suffered an on-the- job injury resulting in a herniated C-6/7 disc in my neck. The injury required surgery and a ten-month recovery period. During the recovery period, I was not allowed to do weight training or other exercises until my surgeon believed the area was completely healed.

When I was finally cleared to start physical therapy, my neck and back were extremely weak. I had limited motion in my neck. I needed to find a training program that would strengthen my neck, back, and improve my general physical condition.

Since I have been working with the TheissCare training staff my all around physical condition has improved tremendously. My strength has increased in all muscle groups. My endurance and physical conditioning has increased dramatically. I have motion and strength again in my neck and upper back area. Dear Brian,

This letter of thank you is long overdue and has been written in my head every time I have done something that I was unable to do in the past, such as a leg press of 900 pounds, which is incredible considering just seven months ago my maximum was 270 pounds.

This new leg strength has given me more stamina to play a better game of senior softball. In the past I played nearly 100 games a year, motivated by the love of the game and usually in pain due to arthritis in the knees that required support to run. As a result of your performance training, I am now hitting the ball further, running much faster, and my stamina is such that after a recent seven game weekend tournament I was not exhausted at the end and my body wasn’t sore on Monday. The exhaustion and soreness for days afterword was a price I paid for participating, or so I thought.

Throughout my life I have seen many trainers, coaches and technicians train athletes with various methods. Usually with the same results… Slim and none.
